Terms of Service

Effective 2025, these Terms of Service govern the access and use of services provided by CorporateLawPath ("Company") through CorporateLawPath.com.

1. Scope of Services

CorporateLawPath offers three categories of offerings: professional services, digital reference materials, and branded publications ("Goods"). Professional services include legal consultation and contract drafting tailored for enterprises.

2. Ordering Process

To engage any offering, please complete the form available at Contact Form or reach out via the contact details below. All requests are subject to acceptance by CorporateLawPath.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for services, digital materials, and Goods are specified at the point of request. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or credit card. Full payment is due prior to delivery of digital materials or scheduled project commencement.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Professional Services

If a professional engagement is canceled by the client at least five business days before the scheduled start date, CorporateLawPath will issue a refund of fees paid. If cancellation occurs less than five business days before commencement, fees are nonrefundable due to allocation of resources and time commitments. Alternatively, clients may reschedule services up to one time within thirty days of the original date, subject to availability.

4.2 Digital Reference Materials

Clients may request a refund for digital reference materials within seven days of purchase, provided the materials have not been downloaded or accessed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen days using the original payment channel.

4.3 Branded Publications

For physical Goods, clients may send the item back in unused condition within fourteen days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipment expenses. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed within thirty days via the original payment channel. Items that show signs of handling or damage are not eligible for refund.

5. Scheduling and Transfers

Professional services may be rescheduled or transferred once without charge if requested at least three business days prior to the original date. Further changes may incur additional fees.

7. Amendments

CorporateLawPath reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. All changes are effective upon posting and are applicable from 2025 onward.
